After booking, the hotel manager reached out over whatsapp to greet me and offer assistance with any questions I might have had about Lisbon. Before arrival, they helped provide a highly detailed list of travel options for me on how to reach the hotel location including an approximation of how much it would cost to cab there from the airport (10-15 euros) as well as offer to arrange a private hotel transfer if I wanted. When arriving, check in was seemless. The design was modern and homey. And when I got to my room, I was surprised with cupcakes, a branded tumbler, and a hand written note to welcome me. The room was clean, spacious, pretty much a studio. Came with ironing board, toaster, microwave, washing machine, hangers, lots of towels, bath robe, and all the other basics. A bottle of water and sparkling wine was also provided. Daily room service was also available. Outside the room they left some gummy sweets and nuts to help myself to. And midway in my stay, the hotel packed some gummies for me and left it with a printed note on the history of the gummy candies (a most unexpected and pleasant surprise) The place was well located in the centre of Lisbon on the Pink Street. It was a very good base as I could easily get to Cais Sodre and Santa Apolonia to make day trips to Cascais and Porto. And I was able to reach most locations with ease given the lovely public transport access (train, tram, bus). Most points of interest were already in walking distance. Despite being on pink street, and having provided some ear plugs - the double glazed windows meant that sound from the streets was limited. It was not too noisy for me and I did not need the ear plugs that they provided for free. The ear plugs were pleasantly also pink to fit the theme of the hotel brand. Overall an excellent stay that exceeded my expectations. I did not know what to expect since it was still new. But would certainly recommend or stay again if I come visit again.

I can't say enough great things about this rental. The House on Pink Street really made our vacation in Lisbon memorable. The location is excellent, right on Pink Street where you're surrounded by bars, restaurants, night life, and people. It's a conveniently located next to train stops and a quick walk to Lisbon's city center. The river is nearby if you're interested in taking boat tours and doing other water activities. It is hilly in this area, although mostly flat heading towards the river, so it may be difficult for those with mobility issues, but for us it was a non-issue. The staff are all so welcoming, kind, and accommodating. Communication with the staff was just so easy. They made us feel extremely valued as guests and will approach us and offer their help without any prompting. This particular rental is part of the Corpo Santo hotel so we were allowed to use the hotel lobby any time during the day. The hotel is just a few steps away where they provide free water bottles, coffee, and snacks, including ice cream, which is so wonderful for the kids. They would also replenish water bottles and snacks for the rental itself. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable and are cleaned daily. We had plenty of toiletries to make our stay comfortable. We had an issue with our room that was promptly fixed without any headache or fuss. We stayed at other hotels in various cities around Portugal and none of them compared to this one in terms of hospitality, comfort, and convenience despite being similarly priced or even more expensive.

The House on Pink Street was a great place for my wife and I to stay for a week in Lisbon. The location was great central to the following: -Tram 28 which was a 6 minute walk -Bus/subway station which was a5 minute walk -Arco da Rua Augusta which was an 8 minute walk -Time Out Market which was a 6 minute walk Even though pink Street has a lot of nightlife, our apartment was surprisingly quiet due to some very effective soundproofing. The apartment had two rooms; a living room and a bedroom which was large, especially for a hotel in Europe. We enjoyed the kitchenette and all free dinks, but we especially enjoyed having a washing/drying machine (it means we got to pack lightly!) What we didn’t know booking was that we had access to The Corpo Santo Hotel and their amenities. Pleasantly surprised, we got to advantage of the concierge and their recommendations. We went to the spa, the hotel lounge, and we had access to a lot of snacks as well (including the ice cream machine). The staff are super friendly and welcoming; always ready to help. Plus the little details, like notes, and snacks make stay even better. I would highly recommend The House on Pink Street.

My stay was excellent. I was in Lisbon for a scientific conference. The House on Pink Street is affiliated with Hotel Corpo Santo which is nearby, and is organized as a set of self contained apartments. The apartment I stayed in was spotless clean and fully furnished, with appliances, cookware and utensils. It had good internet connection. It is very close to several modes of public transit and is easily accessible from the airport. Very interesting sites even within 10 minutes walking. The Pink Street downstairs can get rowdy at times but the apartment had excellent soundproofing and it was really not a problem for me. Communication once I checked in was via WhatsApp. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and Joana even gave me cupcakes, which was really a very nice touch. Just an excellent experience in every way.

Best stay ever! Got upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment. Unit was super clean, modern, fully equipped including roomy refrigerator, stovetop, washing machine, dishwasher. It was perfect for our week in Lisbon! Best part was all the extras Joana provided -- tasty treats every day, bonus breakfasts delivered to our room. Complimentary bottled water and snacks always available on site and even more goodies at the affiliated 5-star hotel just a block away, including 24-hr free gourmet soft serve ice cream! Service was top-notch at the hotel as well. Pink Street is known for its nightlife, but the sound-proofing window/shutter system in the unit is highly effective -- no problem sleeping, even over the weekend.
